Course outline To improve your business in respect of productivity, quality, efficiency and cost by using up to date techniques. This is achieved through a managed programme of change agreed through consultation and evaluation of your business and can be totally tailored to suit your business aims and objectives. How is course assessed Trainer Consultant who will assess your competence within that workplace and provide guidance, support, necessary documentation and knowledge to you whilst the course is undertaken. Recommended progression routes Business Improvement Techniques (BIT) Level 3 Unique selling points NVQs differ from other qualifications in that they recognise competence rather than academic ability and they are work-based, having open access with no barriers, adding to the candidate’s self-respect – and to the respect of others in the Ports Industry. An NVQ Certificate – even for one unit – demonstrates that the candidate has the ability to accomplish a given task – proof of the candidate’s ability to reach given standards in their area of work activity.
